Ms. Anamika Verma

Head - WLCI Creative School

With an experience of 20 years in the fashion and export industry, Ms. Anamika Verma, at present, leads the Creative Schools at WLC College India. Her comprehensive work profile comprises of various senior management level as well as several independent projects. Having interacted and worked with clients, buyers, designers and fashion houses of Europe and US, she brings with her extensive industry experience from the Creative Fields of Fashion and Design.

Ms. Anamika attained her Undergraduate degree in Sociology Honors from IGNOU. She also holds a Post graduate diploma in Export – Import Management, Trade and Marketing from the India International Trade Centre, New Delhi. Along with this, she also acquired a diploma in Fashion Forecasting and Merchandising Development. Ms. Anamika was also certified by the Indian School of Business under the Women Entrepreneurship Program for Business Management.

Ms. Anamika has worked extensively with clients and leading Fashion houses and exporters in India and abroad. Nutan Kajbaje

Head of the Department, Mumbai, WLCI Creative School

Ms Nutan is a fashion and textile designer by profession. She has many accolades to her credit, one of them being the winner of the “Lady Entrepreneur” award conferred upon her by Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Nutan holds a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Technology and a Diploma in Dress Making, Fashion Coordination and in Textile Design. She has twenty years of industry experience and has headed international fashion schools like Cambrian College of Canada and Huddersfield University, UK (Mumbai Campus).

She is currently heading the Creative School of WLCI College, (Mumbai Campus).

Ms.Kajbaje has gathered invaluable years of experience and expertise in the Fashion & Retail industry by working with renowned names like HAKOBA Retail as a Head of Product Development Department, as a Design Consultant for Online Fashion –, as the business head for Ace Fashion Lounge Mumbai and the Operations Manager for Designer Krishna Mehta.

Ms.Kajbaje has rich textile and fashion illustration experience; she is creatively and technically proficient and up-to-date with current market trends and industry techniques. She possesses outstanding design, analysis and problem-solving abilities and her forte lies in imparting industry knowledge and sharing her experience with the student’ of WLCI School of Fashion.

Ms.Kajbaje is ardently committed to the interest of nurturing and encouraging each student to achieve his/her full potential and she works closely with the students and guides them through their academic and professional training tenure at the WLCI College.
Dimple Gandhi

Faculty Member & Ability Creation Manager for Fashion Technology course at WLCI Delhi Campus

Ms. Dimple Gandhi is an accomplished Fashion Industry professional with diverse experience in this field. She also has a sound-understanding of the education industry and has years of experience as a Faculty Member &Ability Creation Manager with institutes of repute.

In her decade long career she has worked with renowned Fashion & Educational Institutes -like NIFD, IIFT, Fashionista, The Indian School, Rai Public School & The Banyan Tree school. She has done her MBA in Human Resource and International Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad and Fashion Designing from Indraprastha University. She also bagged the Best Designer Collection Award in “KALEIDOSCOPE”&participated in various other Fashion Shows and Events with renowned Designers like Renu Tandon, Abdul Halder, and Vijay Roy. She has been an active participant of WILLS INDIA FASHION WEEK’10 as a Fashion coordinator.

Dimple is a focused and committed mentor and believes in providing a well-balanced, supportive and engaging learning environment for WLCI Fashion Technology students.
Sunira Ghosh

Programme Manager- Fashion Technology course at WLCI Bangalore Campus.

Ms Sunira Ghosh has more than 8yrs of experience as a Fashion Technology faculty at various institutes like IIFT Bangalore, Garden City College Bangalore, Vogue Bangalore, JD Institute- New Delhi, YMCA New Delhi , School of Design & Management (Faridabad) and La Facio Varanasi.

Ms Ghosh holds a B.Sc Physics Hons Degree from BHU. Her passion for Fashion Designing made her change her career path and in1994 she enrolled for an Export Management from IMT Ghaziabad. She then completed her M.Sc in Fashion Technology. Ms Ghosh has a passion for Fashion and creativity. She specializes in Garment Designing and has been working as Freelance Designer for the last few years.

She has also dabbled into other forms of Art expression like-bottle art, pottery designing and terracotta jewelry under her own brand name-EXPRESSIONS.

Programme Manager- Fashion Technology course at WLCI Chennai Campus.

Anirudh, is an NIFT Chennai graduate and is currently the Programme Manager at WLCI Chennai Campus. He is passionate about Fashion and a keen observer of the changing styles and trends.

In 2007 he has launched his own label‘ anirudh’ and has been creating garments in the style that he believes in. He is known for the high level of attention to fit and finish of the product. He has currently expanded his business to offer complete design solution in all areas of fashion. Besides mainstream clothing he has worked on many styling and photography projects for model portfolios, brand re-launches etc. He has had invaluable experience working with ‘The Silk Route’ and ‘Evoluzione’ and has handled the retail aspects of the fashion industry including retail / visual merchandising, client support, promotions and complete store management capabilities.

Given his expertise and familiarity in the Fashion industry, he handles the modules of Basic Design, Pattern Making and Garment Construction at WLCI School of Fashion Technology Chennai.
Prerna Kirthi

Programme Manager - Fashion Technology Course at WLCI Hyderabad Campus

Prerna Kirthi is Graduate in Fashion Designing from National Institute of Fashion Technology, Hyderabad.

She has 8 years of experience in the industry with accomplishments in Merchandising, Designing, Craft Documentation and Organizing FashionShows and as Fashion Technology Faculty. She has worked with Global Clothing Private limited (IDENTITI), Bangalore and STANZA Hyderabad as Designer and Factory Merchandiser in Men’s Wear segment.

Ms Kirti has participated in Designer exhibitions held in Hyderabad and also done shows in regional TV on ‘Every Day Fashion’. She also has educational experience as a Fashion Faculty with organizations like INIFD, Raffles Millennium and NIFT Hyderabad. Her areas of specialization are Fashion Merchandising, Textile Science, Garment Construction, History of Fashion and Art. Her passion and keen interest in Fashion overcomes the challenges she faces as a Programme Manager for Fashion Technology at WLCI Hyderabad campus.
Shiraz Kerawalla

Programme Manager- Fashion Technology Course at WLC Mumbai campus.

Ms. Shiraz Kerawalla has 11 years of experience in the Fashion Industry. She is a graduate from Sophia College and holds a Diploma in Pattern Making and Ladies Dress Making from Coopers Academy.

She has recently completed her Innovative Pattern Cutting Programme for Professional’s from Central Saint Martin’s London, UK.

Ms. Shiraz is the Programme Manager- for Fashion Technology course at WLCI Mumbai campus for the last 6 years. Ms. Shiraz Kerawalla has specialization in Pattern Making, Draping and Garment Construction and has been involved in providing mentorship across batches. Ms. Kerawalla has shown her adeptness and proficiency in mentoring the student’s for the annual graduating fashion show ‘Chimera’ and has guided the student’s to showcase their talent and final-collection with confidence and zeal.
Sayali Sawant

Fashion Technology Technician at WLC Mumbai campus

Ms. Sayli Sawant has 15 years of experience as a Technician in the Fashion Industry. She has years of experience in Textile-manufacturing units and export houses such as Emerso, Shreejee and TPK Garments. She has been associated with WLCI School of Fashion-Mumbai, for the past 13 years as a Technical Assistant.

Ms. Sawant’s vast experience and production expertise has helped the students to produce perfectly finished garments adhering to the industry standards. She has proficiency in– Textile designing, Dye Printing, Texture Making and Garment Construction.
Aarti Hinduja

Faculty Member- Fashion Technology Course at WLC Pune Campus.

Ms. Aarti Hinduja has more than 7 years of experience as a WLCI Fashion Technology Faculty for Garment Construction & Drafting & Embroidery. She has years of experience in the Fashion industry and has keen interest in surface ornamentation and embroidery pattern-making. She is a dedicated mentor. She nurtures and encourages her students to learn and imbibe various nuances of pattern making and embroidery creation and prods them to create new designs and excel in their craft.
Ms. Suravi Mukherjee

Program Manager - Fashion Technology Course at WLCI Kolkata Campus

Ms. Suravi Mukherjee has 7 years of experience as a Fashion Industry Professional and has worked with Madura Garments, Aditya Birla group. She has started her career with working for Allen Solly and then moving into Peter England under various profiles. Her core strength being Product development, Category Management and Retail planning. She is a B.F.Tech from NIFT, Chennai and holds a degree in Fashion Technology. She has undertaken various Skill development programs for Training and Knowledge management cell.

She is currently the Program Manager at the Kolkata Campus. Ms.Suravi is a fashion-enthusiast from the corporate world and adept at transforming an idea to a physical illustration and then, eventually, to a prototype on which the finished product will be based. She is a committed mentor and her specialization includes Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Textile science, Colour Theory, Basic Design Concepts, Fashion illustrations and Fashion Communication.

Of late she has launched her own brand/label of hand painted accessories, and home furnishings. Her passion lies in the world of design and creativity.
